GUARANTEED PERFORMANCES
The pipes used are certified and selected depending the client’s needs expressed in the designing process. The material used can be carbon steel or stainless steel (AISI 304) with performances over 500bar. The pipes used have variable diameters between 3/8 and 1/2 inch. Coils diameter can vary between 150 and 600 mm.
COMPATIBLE AND CUSTOMIZABLE
Coils can be produced with complex silhouettes and forms: cilindrical or conical silhouettes; with openings and passages between the coils and spiral enveloping. All requested details can be added (side thicknesses, bands, metal rings, 3/8”-1/2”, 22×1.5 threaded terminals ) TREX S.r.l. produces suitable coils for almost every boilers brand and model on the market, using samples or projects given by the client. By client request, TREX S.r.l. can also design and produce new concept of coils, realizing them with countless for or with pipes with different measures and thickness, or reproducing existing coils on the market.
