Experience and quality
Trex is one of the Italian benchmarks in coil production to drawing or to sample, and puts its technical knowledge to work from the design stage onwards.
Production uses hardened dies, specific to each type of coil: that is what guarantees a high and constant product standard over time.
Guaranteed performance
All tube used is certified and selected according to the requirements and performance the customer specifies at the design stage. Material can be carbon steel or AISI 304 stainless steel, with working pressures beyond 500 bar.
Tube diameters range from 3/8" to 1/2". Coil diameters can vary from 150 to 600 mm.
Compatible and customisable
Coils can be produced with complex shapes and profiles: cylindrical or conical developments, special pitches and gaps between turns, spiral windings. Any required detail can be added: side thicknesses, bands, end rings, threaded terminals 3/8" – 1/2", 22×1.5.
We produce coils compatible with almost every brand and model on the market, from samples or drawings supplied by the customer. On request we design and manufacture entirely new coil concepts.
