AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONALITY
In response to the need of an optimization of the ratio from the air boost and volume in the ventilation, with an important aesthetic improvement, TREX Srl created original whirls for gas oil boilers for power washer, realized with an advanced seamless system.
This revolutionary technique is obtained by pinching the back of the cochlea using its external band, fixed with stainless steel 304 rivets. This system grants an optimal endurance of the whirl, particularly in the stainless steel version, giving an unmatched aesthetic in this field. The boost and volume ratio is optimal.
AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT FORMATS
Air regulation can be drop-lock system, inside the whirl, to preserve the aesthetic , but also outside and adjustable in the exit. The whirl can be equipped with rotatable disc adjustment, in the vent aspiration.
The access grid of external air can be realized with њ11m holes, for whirls positioned inside the equipment, or with њ7m holes, anti-intrusion standard.
CUSTOMIZABLE
The standard whirls are realized with a flanging ideal for TREX Srl boilers, with 4 fixing holes, suitable for the majority of the vertical boilers on the market. At the customer’s request, the whirl can be fitted with other fixing flanges.
TREX Srl can provide the only cochlea or the venting complete with components ( engine, vent, pump, transformer, high voltage cables, electrical junction box, on request). The only whirl has only the external cover, complete with flanging. The cover can either be painted or stainless steel.
