INNOVATIVE
STEAM CUBE offers novelties and unmatchable performances on today’s professional steam equipment’s market. STEAM CUBE uses a vertical smoke pipes boiler with inverted flame, assembled with a TRec (Recover Energy Chimney). T2000 STEAM+ T-Rec, mixed in STEAM CUBE, offers a very high heat performance, thanks to the recycle of the combustion smoke. Their high temperatures (300°-350°C) allow to pre-heat water before entering in the boiler, with a considerable saving of gas oil. The spoke temperature discharged by STEAM CUBE in the environment is only 140°-200°; depending on the requested performances.
GREAT PERFORMANCES
Gas oil steam generators on the market disperse in the environment high temperature smoke from the chimney; STEAM CUBE instead, reuses most of it. Using the gas oil combustion high temperature, STEAM CUBE can heat outgoing steam to optimal temperature (170°-180°C). The powerful vapor jet allows to easily clean dirtier surfaces, sanitizing them. STEAM CUBE is fitted with double working pistol to be used by two workers, allowing multi-tasking with a single STEAM CUBE.
ECONOMIC AND ECOLOGICAL
Thanks to the help of the intern boiler’s combustion made by the T-Rec water pre-heating, STEAM CUBE uses less fuel than other equipments now on the market. With a 0.65 gal/h nozzle, it only needs 3 lt/h max of fuel for optimal performances. Unlike other equipment, STEAM CUBE uses little amount of water ( 35 lt/h max). Moreover, the energy saving is a must: electric power needed is only 500W.
SAFETY AND ENDURANCE
The solid structure of STEAM CUBE is granted by a carbon steel chassis and stainless steel plates. Every internal component has a very high quality. STEAM CUBE internal pumps, for example, are positive displacement pumps, with graphics pallets protected by a water shortage gear and a large volume filter with 20 µm filtering power. Moreover, internal work autonomy is granted by a big water tank ( 35lt) and by a gas oil tank (20lt).
STEAM CUBE is fitted with pressure and heat control components that works together for the user’s total safety, a basic requirement in the steam industry. The outgoing vapor jet is not harmful for humans, although it is recommended not to point it towards people.
