T2000 STEAM heat change is made by using smoke pipes. The water is collected in a tank and heated by a all-around pipe system that carries the smoke that usually would be ejected by the chimney, dispersing in the air and wasting a big amount of energy.
ECOLOGICAL, WITH INTERNAL TANK
Inside the T2000 STEAM water is contained in a tank and not in a coil as usual. This allows water to be heated by standing still and making steam available continuously and immediately.It’s not necessary for the boiler to be turned on to heat water on the inside, as it would be in an internal coil boiler: in this case water would exit before as liquid and only then in steam, working with discontinuity and alternating water and steam.

UNIVERSAL USE AND HIGH ENDURANCE
T2000 STEAM is the ideal solution for those companies that find difficult to use hot water for cleaning, like for those in particular geographic locations. It’s perfect for those cold zones where hot water becomes cold when it goes out from the power washer, and also where there is water shortage, and an oil abundance.
T2000 STEAM is entirely made of stainless steel. The tank, tested for high pressure work, is crossed by carbon steel pipes where only smoke goes through. Water is not located in small places like pipes, but it is in a big tank, minimizing limestone problems.
PROPERLY SECURED
T2000 STEAM series are fitted with electric components for the combustion. They are exclusively recommended for steam companies, that they must fit them with all the hydraulic, electric and electronic precautions to make them entirely safe, before using them. T2000 must be limited to a max10 bar valve to be safely used.
