Steam, fire-tube
T2000 STEAM
Steam straight away, without interruptions.
Heat exchange is fire-tube: the water sits in a tank and is heated by the tubes surrounding it, carrying the flue gas that other boilers simply send up the stack.
Innovative
In conventional boilers the combustion gas leaves through the flue, taking a huge amount of energy with it. In the T2000 STEAM that gas runs through the tubes wrapped around the tank and gives its heat to the water.
Efficient, with internal tank
Water is held in a tank rather than in a coil, as is usual in steam boilers. It therefore heats up even while the machine is idle, with the lance closed: steam is available immediately and continuously.
Internal-coil boilers deliver water first and steam only later, alternating between the two. Here that problem does not arise.
Scarcity of raw materials, water first of all, is making steam the technology of choice in hot cleaning: the T2000 STEAM is built for that direction.
Universal use, long service life
It is the answer for companies where hot water is a disadvantage for geographical reasons: cold regions where hot water freezes as soon as it leaves the machine, and even more so hot regions where water is scarce and fuel is not.
The boiler is made entirely of stainless steel. The tank, pressure tested, is crossed by carbon steel tubes carrying flue gas only. Water is not confined to narrow spaces such as tubes but held in a large tank, which keeps limescale problems to a minimum.
Safety devices
T2000 STEAM boilers are supplied with the electrical components required for combustion only. They are intended exclusively for companies operating in the steam sector, which must fit all hydraulic, electrical and electronic safety devices before commissioning. They must be limited by a max 10 bar relief valve to operate in compliance with the law.
