Vertical, dry-type
T3000
More output in the same footprint.
Developed from the T2000, it recovers the heat normally lost through plates and flue and transfers almost all of it to the water. High real combustion efficiency and 10–15% less fuel than comparable conventional boilers.
Innovative
The T3000 is the next generation of boilers for professional pressure washers: power, efficiency and footprint were rethought for greater efficiency.
It adapts to different applications. Special brackets and mounting systems can be designed, the air inlet fitted on the right or left, and the fan unit and flue positioned on either side of the boiler.
Compact and long-lasting
The distinctive coil profile has a longer development but keeps the footprint down: for the same size, the T3000 outperforms boilers with comparable specifications. That was precisely the design goal.
Real combustion efficiency is high. It is a figure that matters, because it shows how cleanly the fuel is burnt: clean combustion means a cleaner boiler and less maintenance.
The fabrication is almost entirely stainless steel, with particular care for the parts exposed to the highest combustion temperatures. The coil, carbon steel as standard, can also be made in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Cool casing, savings over time
High thermal transfer to the water means 10–15% less fuel than conventional boilers with similar specifications. Water reaches temperature faster, so the machine can work in alternating cycles rather than continuously — savings that add up over the years.
The coil geometry, the ventilated chamber and the insulating chamber keep heat loss to a minimum, which makes plastic bonnets and frames a viable option.
Versatile and complete
Base versions can be fitted with accessories, brackets and supports depending on the application. Boilers are supplied assembled and, on request, painted, ready to be built into the pressure washer.
