Vertical, dry-type
T2000
The benchmark for professional pressure washers.
Clean combustion, very short heat-up times and an outer casing that stays cool even under continuous load. Manufactured and assembled entirely at Trex from EU components.
High quality
High combustion and efficiency standards, extremely short heat-up times and very little smoke from the first seconds of ignition, both at start-up and shutdown.
The fan assembly is made of stainless steel: an interlocking system removes all welds from the volute, giving a finish few products in this field can match.
High efficiency, long service life
The double-helix coil works on two flue-gas passes with forced reversal: better combustion without giving up efficiency. Even the casings do not heat up and recover heat instead of losing it through the plates.
Stainless steel in the parts exposed to the flame and to combustion temperatures; galvanised plate in the boiler’s inner parts, not in contact with the flame. The coil uses ø 17.2 tube, 2.2 wall thickness, protected by stainless steel chambers at the most critical points.
Versatile and safe
A ventilated chamber plus a second chamber acting as insulation keep the outer cover from overheating even under full load, so the T2000 can also be used by manufacturers working with plastic frames and bonnets.
Operator safety is a design criterion, not an accessory: the combustion head electrodes sit inside the unit to prevent contact with high voltage. Maintenance stays simple — undo the fixing screws and the combustion head slides out.
The boiler can be customised with brackets or fabricated frames, and the flue can be rotated and positioned to suit the equipment.
Complete
Supplied with electrical components in standard or special voltages, assembled and painted on request, ready to be built into the pressure washer. The electrical and hydraulic safety devices required by regulations can be supplied by Trex on request.
