Horizontal, dry-type
T2007
Built for the hard pace of vehicle-mounted systems.
Flow rate up to 30–35 l/min with minimal pressure drop, a burner rated at over 155,000 kcal and working pressures beyond 250 bar.
Outstanding performance
The T2007 is designed for vehicle installations and for any equipment that pushes its boiler hard.
The ½" coil tube allows a water flow of up to 30–35 l/min with minimal pressure drop. Three forced flue-gas passes before the stack, together with a burner rated at more than 155,000 kcal, deliver high combustion efficiency: less energy lost, higher outlet water temperature and lower fuel consumption.
Multi-purpose and safe
It performs equally well in continuous heavy-duty service and in short, intermittent work cycles. It works well on fixed installations, but vehicle mounting is its natural application, because it reaches full output in very little time.
The air gap surrounding the boiler and the continuous internal ventilation keep the outer casing temperature to a minimum — hot outer plates are a sign of poor efficiency and a warning of failures to come.
Half the footprint, simple maintenance
The dry-type design cuts footprint and weight compared with other boilers of the same capacity: half that of boilers that use a water-bath system.
Burner and water inlet/outlet are on the same side, so connections, servicing and adjustments are all made from one angle. The boiler can therefore be fitted into tight spaces: access from a single side is enough.
Customisable
On request the T2007 can be supplied with stainless steel brackets and details, or with burner flanges for the brands specified by the customer. Trex supplies the boiler; on request it can also supply the burner from another manufacturer.
