Vertical dry gas oil boilers T2000 series are fundamental for professional power washers.
High level combustion and performances. Very rapid temperature reach time, low start and end smoke emission since the first ignition. Very low external temperature also in full-time work. The ventilation is innovative and fully made in stainless steel: thanks to a revolutionary interlocking system the cochlea is seamless, improving T2000 aesthetic. Produced with Made in Italy components, T2000 are fully assembled in TREX warehouses.
Thanks to the vented chamber and another isolation chamber, the external cover doesn’t heat up neither during full-time work, allowing T2000 series to be used with plastics frameworks. In T2000 vent cooling is all around the boiler.
HIGH PERFORMANCES AND LONG ENDURANCE
In T2000 the coil has a double helix structure with two forced turns for smoke to obtain the best combustion without damaging the performances. Temperatures are saved also by casing, that remain warm and don’t disperse heat on the plates, for a better energetic combustion and a good water heating.
A vast use of stainless steel for equipment exposed to high pressures and galvanized plates for the inner parts allow T2000 to work better and longer on professional power washer hard work. T2000 boilers coil is made with a ø17,2 pipe, 2,2 thickness, and protected by stainless steel box in the most delicate parts.
VERSATILE AND SAFE
T2000 series can be customized with brackets or with steelworking frames for an easier power washer assembling. The chimney can be turned and positioned by need.
T2000 are designed to grant the user’s safety. For example, the head of combustion is made with electrodes on the intern to avoid contacts with high voltage. Other than safe, T2000 are minimal designed, to easy the maintenance ( for example, the combustion head can be extracted only by unscrewing the fixing screws).
FULL-OPTIONAL
T2000 series are fitted with electric components for standard and special voltages. They come out assembled and painted if requested, ready to be inserted in a power washer, provided that it has all the electric and hydraulic precautions requested by law; at request they can be provided by TREX Srl.
