Vertical dry gas oil boiler T3000 series are the new generation boilers created for professional power washers. Created by updating T2000, T3000 has unmatched power, performance and intrusion. With high burning and fluid performances, they can recover the heat normally dispersed by plates and chimneys, giving it almost entirely to water. Thanks to the customization options, T3000 can be used for different purposes just by fitting it with special supports or fixing systems and by drilling holes for air income to right or left.
SMALL DIMENSIONS AND LONG ENDURANCE
The superior performances of the T3000 series don’t imply bigger dimensions. The peculiar coil silhouette has a larger area but limits the boiler intrusion, that can grant better performances than similar boilers with same dimensions. With the design of this boiler, TREX Srl has the goal to maximize performances with lesser intrusion.
T 3000 series has perfect combustion performances (90%-93%). This is important because it point out the quality of the gas oil burned, so it shows if the combustion is clean or not. The perfect combustion performance of the T3000 series grants cleaner boilers with lesser maintenance needed. The structure of T3000 series is entirely made with stainless steel, particularly those parts that are more exposed to higher temperatures. The coil itself, usually made of carbon steel , can be done in stainless steel 304, increasing the already long lifespan of this professional boiler.
LOW TEMPERATURES OF THE EXTERNAL COVER, MORE SAVING IN TIME
The high fluid performances, alongside with excellent results in exit water temperatures, result in a great saving of gas oil; 10%/15% less than other similar traditional boilers. Moreover, T3000 performances heat water in less time, making it possible to work in alternate shift other than continuous cycle, also saving more time.
Thanks to the peculiar coil silhouette and to the insert of a ventilated box and an isolation box, T3000 minimize heat dispersion and make it possible to use plastic materials for chassises.
VERSATILE AND COMPLETE
T3000 ventilation group and chimney can be placed on both of boiler’s side. Basic versions can be fitted with accessories like brackets and supports, depending on the boiler’s use.
T3000 can be sold assembled and painted if requested, ready to be fitted only by TREX Srl only on power washers that respect all the regulations requested by the law.
